   My “No Surprises Closing Costs Guarantee” says if my initial good faith estimate of closing costs is not within $300 of the closing statement I’ll pay you $500. The most common complaint mortgage consumers have is that they were “surprised” by the closing costs when they go to sign their loan documents because they were not what they were initially quoted.
